The number of characters expected at the launch of a fighting game is still the subject of much debate and speculation. We now officially know their names: Luke, Jamie, Manon, Kimberly, Marisa, Lily, JP, Juri, Dee Jay, Cammy, Ryu, E. Honda, Blanka, Guile, Ken, Chun-Li, Zangief, and Dhalsim. Among them, Manon, Kimberly, Marisa, Lily and JP are completely new.

It is therefore confirmation that the escape of concept art from the announcement of the game was entirely true, even if we had no doubts given the amount of detail provided.
