Les Agences de Papa, a company listed on Euronext Access+ (MLPAP), publishes its consolidated half-year revenues as of June 30, 2022.
The first half of 2022 was marked by both strong revenue growth and the generation of new revenues from related activities (unaudited figures):
– Les Agences de Papa recorded income from related activities, resulting from the launch of Versity, the first metaverse dedicated to real estate, for an amount of €4,469,000. These revenues will be converted into sales at the end of the last round of the ICO scheduled for the second half of 2022.
– The subsidiary, Les Agences de Papa France, achieved revenue of €391,000 in the first half of 2022, compared to €50,000 in the first half of 2021. This increase reflects the ramping up of commercial real estate transaction activity .
