This Sunday, July 17, Apolline de Malherbe gave an interview to the newspaper The Parisian, to discuss his back-to-school plans. The BFMTV and RMC journalist took the opportunity to settle accounts with his predecessor, to know Jean Jacques Bourdin. Targeted by a complaint for attempted sexual assault, the 74-year-old presenter had to leave the antenna hastily. Replaced by his colleague, he had seen his niche Bourdin Morning become Apollo Morning. Visibly annoyed by his shelving, the husband of Anne Nivat had had with regard to Apolline de Malherbe harsh words.
The mother of the family therefore wanted to answer him. “It’s complicated when a page turns. It was very hard for the RMC teams that I wanted to defend”, said the 42-year-old interviewer. And to add: “I did not accept that he believes that everything stops after him“. Apolline de Malherbe then admitted that making her place on the air was not easy in her early days. “Over the past five years, Jean-Jacques Bourdin had lost many listeners.
