Civil lawsuit against Spain’s ex-King Juan Carlos dismissed

Juan Carlos I has won in a London court against his ex-lover Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn.
Spain’s former King Juan Carlos I (85) was able to achieve a great success in a court in London. As the British press reports, the responsible judge Rowena Collins Rice of the High Court dismissed a civil lawsuit that had been filed by the Danish-German businesswoman Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn (59). The former lover of Juan Carlos I had accused the Spanish royal of spying on and harassing her and demanded damages equivalent to around 145 million euros.
The 59-year-old stated that she was the lover of King Felipe VI’s father from 2004 to 2009. (55) to have been. After the separation, according to the accusation, he illegally monitored her and thus caused her “great psychological suffering.” However, the London court now dismissed the lawsuit because Juan Carlos I does not live in Great Britain and the case is therefore not admissible there.

Is this the end of the dispute?
It is unclear whether this will essentially conclude the legal dispute. In any case, Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn is “deeply disappointed” by the court’s decision and is now “thinking about all options.” “Picture” the entrepreneur quotes.
