Reopening of the Offer for a minimum period of 10 trading days

Intrasense (FR0011179886 – ALINS), specialist in medical imaging software solutions (“Intrasense” or the “Company”) announces the results of the public tender offer (the “Offer”) initiated by Guerbet (FR0000032526 – GBT ) on Intrasense shares and published by the Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”).
At the opening of the Offer, Guerbet held 25,049,230 shares of the Company, representing 48.34% of the capital and 48.03% of the voting rights of the Company.
Following the closing of the Offer, which took place from April 6, 2023 to May 15, 2023 inclusive, 3,567,958 Intrasense shares were tendered, enabling Guerbet to hold 28,617,188 Intrasense shares representing 55.22% of the capital and 54.87% of the voting rights of the Company*.
The result notice published today by the AMF is available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).
The settlement-delivery of the Offer will take place on May 24, 2023.
* Based on share capital consisting of 51,823,431 shares representing 52,156,898 voting rights.
