After a one-year break, the “Star Night from the Wachau” took place again this year – with the “Krone” as media partner, of course.
Less than a week after it was broadcast on television, the region took stock: more than 6,000 visitors were there, hostels were fully booked, and the region’s restaurants were able to provide additional guests with delicacies. “In addition, more than 1.5 million viewers saw the music spectacle,” said a delighted main organizer Martin Ramus from IPMedia. The ORF registered the highest market share since 2015 with 20 percent, and the WDR also reported encouraging figures.
The dates for 2022 have already been set: The 10th “Star Night from the Wachau” is on the program on September 16 and 17.
