These last weeks, Warner Bros. Games made several announcements regarding several of its games. Thus, the release date of Gotham Knights was unveiled without fuss and Hogwarts Legacy: Hogwarts Legacy finally had the right to gameplay, in addition to a Switch version, which is also planned for the end of the year. With such a busy schedule, we had the right to doubt that the third thief of the gang, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguewould appear well in 2022. Moreover, the rumor of its postponement has been circulating for a while.

Well, no more room for doubt, the creative director and co-founder of Rocksteady, Sefton Hill, spoke on Twitter to officially announce the postponement of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League to Spring 2023. Yes, we will have to wait at least another year before we can kick ass at Superman and Company. The message does not, however, give the precise reasons behind this decision. It is also the only one of the three titles mentioned not to be released on next gen and PC, with PS5 and Xbox Series X still not available in droves.

We’ve made the difficult decision to postpone Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023. I know a delay is frustrating, but that time flies to make the best game possible. I can’t wait to bring chaos back to Metropolis together. Thank you for your patience.

To wait, you can still find some of the characters in this Suicide Squad in James Gunn’s recent film, The Suicide Squadsold €16.81 in Blu-ray on Amazon.
