One year ago, Konami unveiled on the occasion of Tokyo Game Show 2022 Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars, remastered versions of the first two role-playing games in the franchise. Titles that were to arrive this year on previous generation consoles and computers.
Unfortunately, Konami today gives news of its J-RPGand they are not very good. The Japanese studio has just pushed back Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars to an unknown dateexplaining that the developers need more time to come up with a gameplay and performances that live up to fans’ expectations.
Konami specifies that the remasters will be released “as soon as possible”. Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars should logically arrive in 2024 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
