Super Smash Bros Ultimate kicks off its first-ever online Spring Showdown 2022, open to everyone, with the European Online Challenge
As of May 20, all Smash Bros Ultimate players will be able to participate in Spring Showdown 2022an online tournament allowing you to win up to 2500 gold points to redeem in the Nintendo store.
Spring Showdown 2022 for everyone
This first tournament will last 3 hours, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., on May 20 and you just have to go to the “Online Tournament” tab to participate and try to place yourself in the top 100 to win different prizes.
Tournament format
- 1v1 classic
- Duration of the fight: 5 minutes. 2 lives.
- No Finish Smash, no items
- Stage limited to CB and DF versions
- No random events
Spring Showdown 2022 Rewards
For the rewards, no real cashprize, but Gold Points redeemable in the Nintendo store. The top 100 players will be eligible to batches as follows:
Top 100 Rewards
1st – 2500 gold points
2nd to 10th – 2500 gold points
- 11th to 100th – 1000 gold points
The results of the tournament will be given from May 31 and will be found on this page. While the rewards will be dispatched within 15 days of publication of the ranking.
