Super Well

"At Super Well, we make people happy and feel good about themselves.
We change the world, one morning at a time.
We are convinced that, thanks to the well-being of each other, we will create a better world: the society in which our children will be proud to grow up.
And we want to be actors of this change.

For that, we offer anti-stress, anti-fatigue and 100% pleasure food supplements.
We want to make all city dwellers smile again, and get them up on the right foot in the morning. "

It was by reading these lines on their website that I wanted to join the Super Well team.
I have been a community manager for two months. I create creative content and run a community of 60,000 followers.
Oh yes, I also take care of customer service by email, phone and chat, in addition to managing partnerships in France and internationally.
Well, it was not mentioned on my job description. I only had to manage social networks.
But there you have it, the day I arrived, Nico, the founder, told me that it would be a great opportunity for me, the chance to take the reins of key positions in the company, to grow with it.
Then he added: “This is going to be a crazy thing, girl! Here you are at the start of a great adventure! ”Patting me on the back.
And he left. So I couldn't really refuse.

“At Super Well, we like enthusiasts, people who want it, who have ideas, and who are not afraid to test everything.” That's what Nico told me the first time I had lunched with the team in the cafet '.
But when I reached out to an influencer for a partnership, he came up to me, crouched down next to my chair, and said:
"On the other hand Aurélie, you will make me validate each message before sending it."

From now on, I have to wait for him to approve my posts on Facebook and Instagram also before uploading them.
Usually I finish my work around 5 p.m., but I still have three hours left. And then, at Super Well, no one leaves the open space before 8 p.m. Surely to prove that we are a very passionate team.

Ludo, the other founder, imposed the “Morning Routine Self Care”, every day, at nine sharp. He always starts off with a curious customary phrase: “Okay, are you guys hot this morning? ”. Then everyone should present their tasks for the day. Ludo says it allows us all to be aligned with each other, and with the goals of the box.
Anna missed the Morning Routine three times this week because of RER problems. And today, Ludo and Nico told us that we would never see her again, because she had not been able to integrate the culture and values of the company.

No, really, at Super Well, we think about well-being and fulfillment above all. There, it's 6.30 p.m., I'm vegetating in front of my screen, and I think back to what Nico had assured me in an interview: "You'll see, here it's cool, no stress. You will do what you want" .
