Supersex (Netflix): the biopic series on Rocco Siffredi offers a sulphurous trailer

The month of March promises to be hot for Netflix. The streaming platform revealed the first trailer for the series Supersex, adapted from the life of famous adult film actor Rocco Siffredi. A program which will undoubtedly create an event when it is released next March.

From Tano to Siffredi

This new seven-episode series will tell the little-known story of the adult film actor. From his origins to his family problems, including his relationship to sex and love, Supersex reveals how and when Rocco Tano, a little guy from Ortona, became Rocco Siffredi, the most famous porn star in the world.

Created and written by Francesca Manieri (The First King, The immensity), the series is directed by Francesco Carrozzini (The Hanging Sun), Francesca Mazzoleni (Romulus) and Matteo Rovere (The First King).

In the main role of Rocco Siffredi, we find the actor Alessandro Borghi, seen in the series Devils And Suburra. For the occasion, he plays alongside an international cast: Linda Hardy, Giulio Greco, Helena Antonio, Eva Cela, Joelle Hélary, Axel Gallois…

True story, sulphurous subject, popular icon, catchy rhythm… Supersex ticks all the boxes of a typical Netflix production, and should create an event when it is released next March. If these images leave us rather skeptical for the moment, we are obviously waiting for the final result to judge.
