REPORTING. In Nantes, around a thousand people gathered on Wednesday in support of the Earth Uprisings, a collective dissolved by the Council of Ministers on Wednesday.

It is in response to the dissolution of the Uprisings of the Earth (SDT) pronounced this Wednesday by the executive that the movement called to demonstrate in stride in front of all the prefectures of France.

At 7 p.m., a thousand people therefore gathered in front of the Loire-Atlantique prefecture, in Nantes, surrounded by an imposing force of law enforcement on the ground and in the air with a helicopter flying over the city center. The goal ? Discourage the formation of a possible procession towards streets taken over by music groups and passers-by.

This is likely to make people in the courts because to date the movement has some 110,000 members in 180 local committees throughout the country.
