Although it is only a simple soundscape video, ASMR style, the latter is illustrated with several moving images of Hogwarts and its surroundings. And this is an in-game shoot and therefore real footage that we can see in the game once out. In short, the occasion, for a twenty minutes to either let yourself be lulled by this relaxing soundtrack at night, or to observe the smallest details of Hogwarts Legacy that we would not have yet detected in the previous gameplay trailer.
Hogwarts Legacy: A new trailer ideal for relaxing
fans ofASMR will be delighted to listen to this video mixing the sound of peaceful rain, wind on the flora and some croaking of magic toads. A unique way of communicating for Warner Bros but which is received with great pleasure among potterheards in search of information on the next Harry Potter game. Without ever penetrating inside the castle, the camera wanders outside of Hogwarts to present us with a botanical greenhouse, wet paths, illuminated windows, stone benches and other fountains gently flowing water. In short, 20 minutes of pure relaxation to leave in the background in the evening before sleeping or even at work to relax for a few moments.
Never-before-seen footage from Hogwarts Legacy
Of course, seasoned detectives will notice that this is brand new never-before-seen Hogwarts Legacy footage. We have a big article this weekend with all the hidden details that we spotted in 20 minutes but we can already tell you that the Hogsmeade tour is jam-packed with fascinating details and references to the universe of Harry Potter. Auberge des Trois Brooms, Ollivander’s chopsticks shop (and yes it’s confirmed!) or even the Zonko pranks and tricks shop, we finally have a real glimpse of this emblematic village often covered in snow in the films.
As a reminder, the weather will be dynamic in the game just like the seasons. Thus, you will be able to observe Hogwarts day and night but also in winter, summer, spring and autumn under different weather conditions. We imagine being able to fight werewolves on Full Moon nights, for example. In this new video, we also see, on the last sequence, a storm starting with thunderstorms and lightning.
Who knows ? Maybe next time we’ll have the same ambient video but with the interior of Hogwarts? In any case, we can’t wait to explore this emblematic castle and its surroundings.
