NFL star defender Aaron Donald of the Los Angeles Rams is ending his career with immediate effect. The 32-year-old announced this via X. Donald has only been under contract with the Rams in his ten seasons in the National Football League.

Defensive tackle Aaron Donald surprisingly ended his football career in the NFL after ten years. Donald had 111 sacks and 543 tackles in 154 games in his career. He has also been a model of consistency, missing just eight total games since his rookie season. In 2019, he led the league with 20.5 sacks and led the league twice with 25 and 20 tackles for loss, respectively. He was always considered an unstoppable inside rusher and faced more double teams than almost any other player during that time.
