Survey – Neos demand reduction in bureaucracy for companies

Vorarlberg’s Pinke want to speed up the approval process after a business survey.

It is no secret that the Neos are committed to the economy. Now it is clear how they want to do this: In order to find out what entrepreneurs actually see as beneficial so that they can be economically successful, the Pinken asked around 100 local companies. From the survey results, state spokeswoman Claudia Gamon and economics spokesman Gary Thür have now drawn up a catalog of demands, which they presented on Wednesday. The Neos’ top priority is reducing bureaucracy. Specifically, it is about the complete digitalization of all administrative processes, including a portal for digital applications where you can follow the status of the matter in real time. In addition, Gamon and Thür would like to see “advance checks”, i.e. the introduction of a system in which companies can receive a preliminary check of their documents before submitting an official application in order to identify possible deficiencies at an early stage. Deadlines for offices And finally, the pink ones in the administration want one Miss Turbo – in the form of deadlines. If an office or authority does not complete the procedure within this period, the application should be considered approved – an idea that should perhaps be thought through to its final conclusion. According to Neos, the Ländle entrepreneurs would also like to expand the digital infrastructure (broadband) and public transport. And last but not least, additional wage costs should be reduced and subsidies should be optimized and cleared out.
