Susann Atwell shares previously unseen pictures of daughter Ava

Susann Atwell, 56, is the proud mother of two daughters. Her youngest, Ava, is now celebrating a special milestone: coming of age. To mark the unique occasion, the presenter posted several previously unseen pictures of her daughter showing her as a child. The last photo in the series appears to be a recent photo.

“I walked around the hospital grounds for hours with you in my stomach on your father’s arm. I waited anxiously for you to come out, lap after lap,” the former model remembers and adds: “When you finally arrived shortly before ten o’clock on the morning “When you were born in the evening, you were pretty angry. That’s probably why you refused to come into the world like most people and make things easier for me. You wanted to be born with your face looking at the stars.” Such babies would be called stargazers; these people have “a strong will, a lot of assertiveness and a strong intuition,” Atwell explains. “It’s been 18 years now. 18 years in which I held you, lifted you and always loved you endlessly. […] Go for it Ava, get them, the stars!”

On Wednesday, January 31st, the professional dancers for this year’s “Let’s Dance” season were announced – Christian Polanc, 45, is surprisingly not there. Now the dancer, who took sixth place last year with ex-“Bachelorette” Sharon Battiste, 32, is speaking out about this. “As you may have already noticed, I’m not part of @letsdance! And no, I’m not looking forward to it!” he writes on Instagram alongside a photo of himself. The 45-year-old simply has too much to do with his dance school and other projects.

“It’s no longer possible to reconcile this with the enormous time commitment as a professional on ‘Let’s Dance’ and in the past it has led to me slowing down my own endeavors, which is not a good feeling,” he explains. He further emphasizes that he is looking forward to the new season and will of course follow it. “Many thanks to @rtl_de, @seapointproductions and the entire Let’s Dance team in front and behind the scenes for 15 years of incredible experiences and moments that will stay with me forever! […] I wish all professional colleagues, celebrities and the entire team a MEGA season! I’ll miss you,” he added.

Jan Köppen makes fun of Oliver Pocher in the “Jungle Camp”.

One is there first hand in the “jungle camp”, the other dominated the headlines from Germany: Jan Köppen, 40, drops a not very subtle comment on the love life of Oliver Pocher, 45, on the sidelines of his moderation in Australia. During her time in the camp, Cora Schumacher, 47, confessed to having an affair with the recently separated comedian. In addition to the former racing driver, Pocher is also well received by jungle camper Kim Virginia. She casually asks herself why Olli is able to convince “all the crass chicas” – and is not entirely averse to a possible liaison herself.

Jan Köppen, on the other hand, is not very impressed by Pocher’s charm. The “Jungle Camp” moderator makes this more than clear with a pointed comment: “He has already slept with all the women in the camp – including those from the next season,” Köppen is quoted by “Bunten”. After all: Oliver Pocher still has a good eleven months of (single) time until the “Jungle Camp” in 2025.

“These Ochsenknechts”: Yeliz Koc backs down? It dampens the fans’ joy

It was a sensation for all fans of the reality format “These Ochsenknechts”: The trailer for the new season revealed an exciting new addition. At the end of the appetizer she sat down in front of the camera: Yeliz Koc, 30, ex-partner of Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, 32, and mother of his daughter Snow Elanie, 2. The spicy thing: Natascha Ochsenknecht’s offspring, 59, is currently not said to have one Have contact with his ex and their child. And the singer and actor likes to leave scorched earth behind: he separated from this year’s “Celebrity Big Brother” winner before their baby girl was born. And there is also supposedly radio silence with his family at the moment. In the last episodes of the Sky production about the life of the illustrious clan, he was at the start with his fiancée, the racing driver Laura Maria Geissler, 25. The couple no longer plays a role in the sequel.

However, the makers managed a coup with Yeliz’s appearance in the trailer. Fans were excited to wonder whether the tried-and-tested reality star would cause a stir in the new edition of the TV success. But apparently the expectations are bitterly disappointed. In an Instagram question and answer session, a community member curiously ventured to approach the Hanoverian. “Will you appear on ‘These Ochsenknechts’ often throughout the season?” is the question. The answer brings all Yeliz supporters, who are filled with anticipation, back down to earth. “No. Should actually only be one episode,” writes the 30-year-old and adds a laughing smiley. The latter perhaps an encouraging symbol towards production, giving it a permanent place in the format in the future? Perhaps. The fact is: Yeliz could become another compelling argument for television viewers to tune in. It’s not yet evening every day.

Tina Ruland is now looking for love on TV – and is anything but well received by fans

Tina Ruland, 57, was seen on VOX yesterday evening, January 29th, 2024, in the celebrity special of the dating format “First Dates”. There she meets Roland, who is dressed up in a suit and shirt, but unfortunately doesn’t arouse Tina’s interest at all. The actress admits that her type is more like “aging surfer boys”. And the kiss greeting from the business coach is too much for her. Not a good start, but it doesn’t get any better with conversation. Fans on X (formerly Twitter) wrote: “Can someone please relax Tina’s date?” Another viewer thinks: “Tina is difficult,” but her counterpart is not spared either. The “First Date” fans think: “Roland is extremely unsympathetic and latently derogatory.”

Tina’s date partner Roland is very impressed with her, believes in a great flirt at dinner and definitely wants a second date, but Tina blocks it: “It has come to me that you were intimidated by Tina Ruland. […] You’ve seen the actress and I don’t want to be seen as an actress.” The viewers have a little pity for him, Tina’s rejection is not well received by many. One user comments matter-of-factly: “If Tina Ruland talks about herself in the third person I would be intimidated too.”

Mariella Ahrens looking for Mr. Right on “Celebrity First Dates”

Mariella Ahrens, 54, is now experiencing her first blind date on a TV show of all places. The actress is looking for the right person on the celebrity special of the dome show “First Dates” (January 29th, 8:15 p.m. on VOX). And things are a little bumpy. Along with five other celebrities, she gets involved in the experiment in the restaurant of host Roland Trettl, 52, and gets to know 45-year-old Marc from Wiesbaden. Mariella brushes off his first impulse to hug her as a greeting. “When I see someone for the first time, I don’t want to have that kind of physical contact. I hope that he doesn’t take offense at me,” she explains in the interview. After a few teething problems, the two of them got to chatting nicely.

Fortunately, the 54-year-old didn’t have any great expectations of her rendezvous on television. “I’m currently very happy with my situation and I’m not really looking. Nevertheless, I was of course very curious! I was excited to see who they would put in front of me,” said the actress in an interview with “Bunte.de”. “I’ve actually never been on a blind date like that before. I just found it very interesting to possibly get to know someone this way.” Your partner doesn’t have to be a celebrity, there just has to be a spark. “I have to look at him and there has to be some attraction.” He should be humorous, intelligent and on an equal footing with her, says Mariella Ahrens, and also have a certain amount of self-confidence. She adds: “He should also be able to show the attraction he feels towards me.”

Helene Fischer addresses her fans with deep emotion

Helene Fischer, 39, turned to her fans online to thank them. The pop singer is deeply moved by her “Rausch” tour last year. In 2023 she traveled with her team through Germany, Austria and Switzerland, giving 71 sold-out concerts with which she thrilled more than 750,000 people. The singer admits: “I could cry while I’m writing this.” Their tour ended in October, and on Saturday, January 27, 2024, a recording of their shows was shown again on ARD. “The memories of last year are still so present and I will probably draw on them all year long, because this intensive time with you already has a very special place in my heart,” said Fischer.

Helene Fischer not only collected many memories herself, but also created some for her audience. Her XXL show demanded a lot from the singer; during the course of the tour she not only suffered a nose injury, she also suffered a rib fracture. But Helene doesn’t care about these little adversities: “I hope you can see and feel how much passion and love there is behind this show. Everything that I love and that defines me is captured forever!” A fireworks display that hopefully not only she, but also her fan base can benefit from until the next tour in 2026.

Sarah Kern is sure: “Cora wanted to go on the first day”

Sarah Kern, 56, was the first star to be eliminated from the jungle on Saturday because she did not receive enough calls from viewers. Only Cora Schumacher, 47, left the camp before the designer. She left after just three days and justified her departure with health problems that the RTL production and camp doctor Dr. Bob couldn’t confirm. Sarah now defends her fellow camper and her decision: “Cora and I had a very special relationship there. […] She came to camp already weakened. She was feeling bad, these violent coughing fits were difficult to listen to,” she reports to “Bild.” “She actually wanted to go on the first day, but couldn’t say the crucial sentence because she wanted to keep trying.”

Cora’s cough was hard to miss, even for the audience. For days in the camp she was plagued by bad coughing fits, which the ex-racing driver explained as the after-effects of a Covid illness shortly before the start of the RTL show. For Sarah Kern it is clear: “I could completely understand it. With such a sick and desolate condition, plus all the excessive demands – it’s best to pay attention to your health. She wasn’t in good shape.” In their Instagram stories, the two women show themselves reunited in the luxury hotel after Sarah moved out.
