Composed of 3 buildings, including a mansion listed in the inventory of historical monuments in the heart of the island, 32 rue de Trévise was acquired as part of a VEFA in September 2021 on behalf of a fund dedicated to the MAIF group. The 4,300 m(2) of this exceptional complex will house Morning, a specialist in workspaces.
This transaction was concluded almost a year before the delivery of the property complex, scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
