Swiss Life Asset Managers France took delivery on June 10 of the UCPA Sport Station Hostel Paris in the 19th arrondissement of Paris between the priority district of the city policy Michelet-Alphonse Karr – rue de Nantes and the NPNRU district Porte de the Chapel – Charles Hermite. Located in the new Lot Fertile district developed by Linkcity, this complex opened its doors in June and will be inaugurated at the start of the school year in the presence of the City of Paris.
This operation, acquired off-plan on behalf of Ircantec and the ANRU co-investment fund as part of France 2030, consists of a 228-bed youth hostel, a bar-restaurant area and a sports multiplex with a total area of nearly 5,500m.
The objective of this complex is to provide accommodation for young people, foreign students and tourists, while strengthening the local sports offer for as many people as possible.
Located in the northeast of Paris, this complex is served by public transport with the proximity of the RER E station, Rosa Parks. The complex has already obtained three certifications: Effinergie +, PEQA and BiodiverCity.
