(CercleFinance.com) – Swiss Life Asset Managers France announces the sale of the ‘La Marseillaise’ tower to Perial Asset Management.
This tower designed by Jean Nouvel and built by the Constructa group, was delivered in 2018. It is located in the Euroméditerranée district, which forms the first central business district in Southern Europe and the 3rd business district in France .
‘La Marseillaise’ develops an area of nearly 38,000 m² spread over 33 levels, including: a majority of offices (34,318m²), an RIE and a few shops at the foot of buildings.
