On November 6, on the occasion of the anniversary of Sword Art Online, bandai namco unveiled a new video game taking place in this universe and following Alicization Lycoris, Sword Art Online: Last Recollection. This Action RPG will plunge us again into theunderworldwith this time an adventure focusing on the Dark Territory and the war that goes with italthough the video game titles derive from light novel and anime by coming up with their own canon. A trailer for his screenplay had also seen the light of day at the start of the year and reminded us of it well with the central presence of Eugene And Kiritoas well as real-world friends of the latter, and the inclusion of Dorothya novel plot-related warrior who seems to steal the show a bit from Alice.

The publisher is now returning to the charge with a video available in a short version and another long one, which does not tell us anything new about Sword Art Online: Last Recollection except for its release date set for October 6, 2023 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
