Synduality: Echo of Ada, bad news, sleepy gameplay and an intriguing overview of the story in videos

Almost a year ago, Bandai Namco revealed during a State of Play some Syndualitya shooter in a futuristic and dystopian science fiction universe, designed to be part of a cross-media license and putting us in control of a mecha customizable called Cradle Coffinwith at our side a type of android taking the form of a young girl and appearing in the form of an AI named Magus. Since then, the plans have been clarified, since the game will be called Synduality: Echo of Adawhile an 11-episode anime was released on Disney+ for several months under the title Synduality: Black. For the Tokyo Game Show 2023the title developed by GameStudio was playable at the show, but bad news fell just before it opened its doors.

Indeed, Synduality: Echo of Ada has been pushed back from 2023 to an indefinite periodstill due to be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam).

We know many are eager to hear more news about the game, but the team will need a little more time to prepare your CRADLECOFFIN and Magus for release!

As we continue to work on the development and improvements of the game, more updates will be available soon.

More information will be provided in the future, including the opportunity to see a preview of Synduality: Echo of Ada in person.

A psychedelic teaser lasting a few seconds was then posted online to keep us waiting.

Bandai Namco now returns to the charge with a long trailer in the form of a video archive released by an organization named Fall Investigation Committee (Collapse Investigation Committee), showing what would have caused the collapse ofAmasia in the year 2222, an underground city built to serve as a refuge for survivors of the Tears of the New Moon, a rain that almost wiped out humanity and gave birth to creatures hunting what was left of it. It is in this same year that will take place Synduality: Echo of Adamaking us follow the Drifter Alba who pilots a Cradle Coffin and the Magus Ada. THE trailer also introduces the doctor Dothan Kuze who rescued the young man and introduced him toAdammaking her a true life companion.

The dystopian side is clearly felt with the fact thatAmasia controls the regulation of the population, any natural birth or sudden death being contrary to the established order… The mix of artistic styles is disconcerting to say the least., between animated shots where 3D is predominant with a very plastic side and scenes drawn with a very singular style. Some sequences of gameplay also conclude the video. On the other hand, the fact that the anime has already been released is enough to hamper the plot of the game on certain points, since Synduality: Black takes place in 2242 and our two protagonists make an appearance there

If you want to see more gameplay footage, several videos from media present at TGS can be found on the next page. Crystal harvesting A.O.clashes of different Endersan AI that is a little too talkative for our taste and whose presence on the screen is not necessary at all times, meeting other players who can be greeted or even confronted and who can therefore make us miserable (PvPvE)… different aspects go into it. On the other hand, it’s difficult not to be frustrated by the apparent slowness even when the person playing seems to be doing it well, especially sinceArmored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon recently passed through there.

You can add Synduality: Echo of Ada to your wishlist at the house of Gamesplanet. If you appreciate the publisher’s original and cross-media licenses, Scarlet Nexus is sold from €2167 on Amazon.
