Synergy doubles in size in Australia

(Boursier.com) — The SYNERGIE group has signed an agreement to acquire IPA Personnel Services. Founded in 1984, IPA is an expert in recruitment, personnel delegation and HR solutions. A recognized partner serving businesses and candidates in Australia, the company benefits from a significant portfolio of strategic clients and is expected to generate revenue of approximately AU$95 million in 2023, with a network of 12 agencies, primarily in the eastern regions of Australia.

Synergie has already been present in Australia since 2012 through its subsidiary Synaco, which has successfully developed a national network of agencies to serve its customers throughout Australia.

The combination of the two networks will strengthen SYNERGIE’s existing positions with new locations covering Australia’s major cities and benefit from a highly complementary customer portfolio, allowing SYNERGIE to access markets such as local government and federal government, renewable energy and water distribution infrastructure.

With this acquisition, SYNERGIE demonstrates its desire to accelerate its development in Australia, by becoming one of the market leaders. The group will generate an estimated proforma annual turnover of 190 million Australian dollars for the year 2023. This operation strengthens the group’s capacity to support its clients in their international development by allowing them to benefit from the expertise and services of its entire global offering of HR solutions in the 17 countries where the group is present.

NEXT MEETING: Publication of turnover for the 1st quarter of 2024 on Wednesday April 24 after trading.
