The Syrian journalist Hussam Hammoud was able to obtain a visa thanks to French justice, more precisely thanks to a call to order addressed to the Ministry of the Interior. It was a call to order from the judge in chambers of the administrative court of Nantes. Because the ministry had refused his first visa application in September.
Hussam Hammoud had asked to be welcomed in France
