(AOF) – American video game distribution company, Take-Two Interactive Software increased its losses in the first quarter of its fiscal year 2023/2024 to 206 million dollars, or 1.22 dollars per share. A year earlier, at the same time, the group had suffered a loss of $104 million, or $0.76 per share. However, its revenue rose 7% to $1.28 billion, while its net bookings rose 20% to $1.2 billion in the quarter. Its gross margin increased from 666.7 to 679.2 million dollars over one year.

On the outlook side, Take-Two Interactive Software forecasts net bookings between 5.45 and 5.55 billion dollars over the whole of the current financial year.

For this 2023/2024 financial year, the group expects revenues of between 5.37 and 5.47 billion dollars.
