Tarek Benattia, Nabilla’s little brother, became known to the general public when he was just 16 years old thanks to the reality TV show that made his elder sister famous. Now aged 26, the young man has undergone an impressive physical transformation during which he gained 20 kilos.
Today she is one of the most famous French personalities. It was in 2011 that the public met Nabilla on the show Love is blind, before propelling her to the rank of reality TV superstar after her participation in the program The Angels of Reality TV. Tarek Benattia, who cut ties with his eldest, is now a married man and the happy father of two children. The young man also underwent a significant physical which he wanted to share with his community on social networks. In March 2023, the father appeared on Instagram where he explains having gained 20 kilos. “After 16 months of intensive training for more than a year of weight gain, 5 non-stop workouts per week, an impeccable diet, I finally reached 80 kg for 1m80”he wrote in the caption of his publication.
Tarek Benattia did not hide his immense satisfaction after having achieved the objective he had set for himself. And to add: “It just goes to show that with crazy determination, anything is possible! Those who ask me why I started, to answer you honestly, I could no longer look at myself in the mirror. In the second photo I weighed 60 kg, that was 2 years ago… Today, I am proud to finally reveal my transformation to you”.
