(AOF) – Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the large-scale distribution company Target has announced that it will expand its drive-thru delivery service for Starbucks food and beverages on a large scale through its Target application. After a successful pilot, “Drive Up with Starbucks” will roll out to more than 1,700 Target stores by early October. The service will allow you to order a Starbucks coffee or food offered by the coffee chain and have it delivered to your car. Target and Starbucks have worked together for over 20 years.
After placing a Drive Up order at a Target store and receiving a notification that the order is ready, the customer will need to park in the designated Drive Up parking area and press the “I’m here” button in the app Target.
A Target team member then delivers the freshly made Starbucks order to his car.
