Targetspot becomes Llama Group

(Boursier.com) — The Extraordinary General Meeting (AGE) of shareholders of Targetspot SA ratified, on January 31, the change of the company’s name, which becomes Llama Group SA.

This new name opens a new page in the history of the company, now refocused on the Winamp entity and its three brands (Winamp, Jamendo and Bridger) following the sale of the Targetspot – Shoutcast digital audio activity to Azerion. , an operation whose ‘closing’ was signed on December 23, 2022.

This change of name is accompanied by a new stock market identity. Listed on Euronext Growth in Paris and Brussels, the Llama Group share will have the mnemonic code ALLAM (formerly ALTGS), with effect no later than February 3 at the opening of the markets. The security retains its current ISIN code (BE0974334667).
