The time without “crime scene” and “police call 110” is approaching. ARD has now announced the exact dates for the big summer slump.

The popular Sunday evening thrillers “Tatort” and “Polizeiruf 110” will be taking their well-deserved summer break again this year and the dates have now been set: As ARD informed the news agency spot on news, June 18 will be the last for the time being current “crime scene” broadcast.

“According to the current state of planning”, according to a spokeswoman, it should continue with a new first broadcast on August 28th. Which team will then be seen in the first as the opener for the new season, and whether there will be a “crime scene” or a “police call 110” at the start is not yet known.

This means that a total of four new films will be broadcast before the summer break. It continues on Whit Monday, August 29th, with “Tatort: ​​Azra” from Vienna. The “crime scene: high mass for Toni” from Franconia follows on June 4th. The last film (“Paranoia”) with the outgoing Munich “Polizeiruf 110” investigator Elisabeth Eyckhoff alias Verena Altenberger (35) will be broadcast on June 11th.

The last strip before the now fixed summer break will be “Tatort: ​​The Night of the Commissars” from Stuttgart on June 18th. All films will be broadcast at the usual transmission time of 8:15 p.m.

From June 25 to August 20 inclusive, repeats of Sunday thrillers will be shown in the slot. It starts with “Tatort: ​​Like everyone else” (Cologne) and “Police call 110: Sabine” (Rostock)…
