As every April 1, place the revaluation of certain social benefits paid by the CAF according to inflation. As of April 1, a decree will make it possible to adjust the conditions for suspending the invalidity pension in the event of the exercise of a professional activity. If so far, it was possible to combine this pension with wage income, the sum of the two should not exceed the old salary received before receiving this aid.
Employees will now be able to fully combine pension and earned income until this total reaches the salary they had before this pension. Then, the latter will be reduced by half of the observed gains.
A measure that must now be implemented by health insurance funds. The measure will be retroactive. In other words, if workers receiving the disability pension see their rights suspended over the next few months, the full amount will eventually be reimbursed to them.
