Taylor Swift, 33, is currently chasing from record to record, but even the current music superstar can’t do anything about bad weather. As the “Anti-Hero” singer announced on Friday afternoon via Instagram, among other things, her second Buenos Aires concert at the River Plate Stadium as part of her The Eros Tour on Friday evening is canceled. The reason: “pouring rain”. “I love it when it rains, but I won’t endanger my fans, my colleagues and the crew,” Swift wrote to her followers in one of her stories.

Because the weather is so chaotic, it would be unsafe to perform, Swift said. The concert will be rescheduled for Sunday. The singer started the Latin American part of her tour on Thursday and played the first of three planned concerts in the Argentine capital. Tomorrow’s concert on Saturday should take place again as planned. Swift then continues on to Rio De Janeiro and São Paulo. Next year the tour will continue in Japan and Australia in February. The musician will also be coming to Europe from May. In Germany, concerts are planned in Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg and Munich.

Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce a permanent couple?

However, the concert cancellation may also come in handy for Swift: As the celebrity magazine “TMZ” reports, her new boyfriend, football superstar Travis Kelce, 34, arrived on a flying visit to Swift in Argentina. Pictures show him there leaving a private plane. According to the report, he actually wanted to be at the concert on Friday evening, but now his presence is expected on Saturday. Both have not yet commented on their current relationship status. However, Swift has often visited Kelce at games and the two have been photographed holding hands.
