Taylor Swift is heartbroken. Due to the ongoing corona pandemic, the pop star has to finally cancel her "Lover Fest" tour.
Concerts and festivals are still a long way off. Pop superstar Taylor Swift (31, "Evermore") has to finally admit that. The musician canceled her "Lover Fest" tour planned for the summer without replacement.
This decision announced Swift via Twitter: "I'm very sorry, but I can't reschedule the postponed shows." The tour was originally planned for summer 2020, but was then initially put on hold due to the corona pandemic, while the two dates in the USA were postponed to 2021. Swift would also have made a guest appearance in Berlin on June 24, 2020.
At the moment, an unprecedented pandemic has changed everyone's plans and no one knows at this point what the concert landscape could look like in the near future, Swift continued: "I miss you all terribly and can't wait until we all see us on shows feel safe together again. "
