I like being a blonde. What I can do without: the hypersensitivity of my hair color and the rust tone it has recently taken on. The culprit? Sunscreen or better the UV-A filters Avobenzone and Octocrylene. They contain beta-carotene, which absorbs into the hair upon contact and turns it orange. Heat and UV rays reinforcing effect. Luckily, I found my savior in my hair crisis with neutralizing vitamin C. Since then, there has been mineral sunscreen on the face. Better safe than sorry – and blonder!

I would prefer not to part with anything! Neither about my flaws and flaws nor about the five boxes full of old diaries, colorful shells, dirt-stiff festival tickets and many other extremely important ones Souvenirs that I have collected throughout my life. Marie Kondo or minimalism – what really annoys me in everyday life is the trend towards decluttering, in the basement as well as in life. Away with it!

Lots of fine hairs cover my face and unfortunately they aren’t white on my upper lip. The dull complexion and the fact that powder products accumulate there bother me the most. That’s why once a month I take out my facial razor and do a large sweep of the area. This means that my make-up not only blends evenly with my skin, facial care can also penetrate better. Shaving also removes dead skin cells, which makes my skin particularly radiant.

“Unsightly summer souvenir”

My souvenirs from my summer vacation on the Amalfi Coast could sound so nice: a ceramic bowl, limoncello and dried basil. Not cool at all, however – the unsightly pigment spots that suddenly adorn my face. That’s why I’ve been using remedies that lighten pigment spots, for example with vitamin C. On top of that, of course, a high sun protection factor (every day!) so that new spots don’t stand a chance.
