(Boursier.com) — At Technicolor Creative Studiosactivity over the first nine months of 2022 is up compared to the first nine months of 2021, despite a performance in the third quarter that was below initial forecasts.
Revenue for the first nine months of 2022 reached 624 ME, up 47.2% at current rates compared to the same period last year, with revenue for the third quarter of 2022 amounting to 215 ME, up 36.9% at current rates.
Adjusted EBITDA after rents at September 30, 2022 was 52 ME, up 7 ME at current rates, despite a decline in the third quarter to 9 ME compared to 23 ME in 2021, i.e. a drop of -61%.
Following the press release of November 15, 2022, the group decided to immediately launch a series of actions, including the launch of an independent audit of the activities.
Furthermore, Technicolor Creative Studios intends soon to engage in discussions with all stakeholders and/or third-party investors, in order to address its future liquidity needs.
