Jason Sudeikis and his “Ted Lasso” colleagues celebrated their reunion on the red carpet at the GLAAD Media Awards.

AFC Richmond is reunited: On Thursday (March 14), the cast of the popular series “Ted Lasso” were seen together on the red carpet of the GLAAD Media Awards. The Apple TV+ series about lead actor Jason Sudeikis (48) was awarded the award for best comedy series at the event. Sudeikis attended the awards together with his co-stars Hannah Waddingham (49), Juno Temple (34), Jodi Balfour (37), Cristo Fernández (33) and Billy Harris (29).

On the red carpet he (plays football coach Ted Lasso in the series) posed in a dark suit next to Jodi Balfour (Jack Danvers) in all black, Juno Temple (Keeley Jones) in pale pink, Cristo Fernández (Dani Rojas) in a blue velvet suit , Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca Welton) in a black sequin dress and Billy Harris (Colin Hughes) in a prepster look.

The GLAAD Media Awards honor series and films that represent the LGBT community in the entertainment industry. In addition to “Ted Lasso”, “And Just Like That…”, “Harlem”, “Harley Quinn”, “Sex Education” and “What We Do In The Shadows” were also nominated this year. “Ted Lasso” was honored, among other things, for the storyline in which the character Keeley Jones enters into a relationship with another woman, Jack Danvers, in the third season.

Will there be a fourth season of “Ted Lasso”?

“Ted Lasso” is an award-winning series about the fictional English football club AFC Richmond and its American coach Ted Lasso. The comedy series has already won a total of eleven Emmys and has been nominated 40 times. It is currently not clear whether there will be a fourth season of the popular series on Apple TV+, but it doesn’t look like it will. In March 2023, Sudeikis explained to the industry portal “Deadline” after the third season: “This is the end of this story that we wanted to tell; that we hoped to be able to tell; that we loved to tell.” However, there may be spin-offs of the series.
