2. “Ted Lasso” broke all Emmy records

From the start of the comedy, the series has turned out to be a real hit. 6. A former “Scrubs” star directed one episode

This request was promptly denied as Disney was probably afraid that their song could be put in a bad light. However, when series creators sent a recording of Waddingham to Disney, it was finally approved to air and we can now see the scene as it was originally intended.

10. The “Ted Lasso” karaoke episode is based on a true story

The karaoke episode is a real highlight of “Ted Lasso” for many fans. In fact, Sudeikis was inspired by real football events. The German Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp invited his entire team to a karaoke evening and made football history. Sudeikis liked this so much that he eventually adopted the idea for the series.
