On Thursday afternoon, February 29th, Internet outages increased at Telekom. Customers report to us via our fault detector that their connection to the telephone is currently impaired.
So far we don’t know the exact reason for the Telekom disruption. As soon as there is news, we will keep you up to date here. In the meantime, it is worth taking a look at our troubleshooting checklist in the event of an internet outage and looking for a solution to the connection problems.
