Deutsche Telekom is currently experiencing isolated outages. Our users’ internet connections seem to be particularly affected. This is what is known so far.
Some users are currently reporting internet outages at Telekom.
Update at 4:15 p.m.: In a statement to Netzwelt, Telekom says that there is currently no disruption to mobile communications.
Numerous users have informed us via our Deutsche Telekom fault reporting service that they are currently having problems with their Internet connection and, in some cases, with their telephone connection.
In addition, Telekom’s troubleshooting service today announced that there are isolated outages in southern Germany due to the severe weather in areas of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. However, a solution is already being worked on.
