(CercleFinance.com) – Telenor ASA announces today that it has engaged DNB Markets, a subsidiary of DNB Bank, to carry out a share buyback. These shares will be added to the long-term incentive plan for employees.
The redemption will be carried out in a period from January 16 to 20
2023. The total amount of the purchase will be NOK 80 million and will relate to a maximum of 1.6 million shares.
