(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance announces that it has joined AI Lighthouse, a program launched last July which aims to accelerate the development and adoption of generative AI (artificial intelligence) in businesses.
The group will collaborate on the design and development of new generative AI applications in customer experience management and IT services to increase productivity as well as employee and consumer satisfaction.
Teleperformance aims in particular to automate tasks with low added value, such as summarizing content, defining the next steps to follow, as well as knowledge management.
