(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance announced this evening that after an audit carried out in six countries, Bureau Veritas concluded that the group’s practices were ‘perfectly in line with the guidelines of the international standard ISO 26000 in the area of social responsibility’.
Thus, Bureau Veritas audited Teleperformance’s employee management practices in six countries with significant content moderation activities (Trust and Safety), namely, Greece, India, Indonesia, Malaysia , Portugal and the United States.
The certification focused in particular on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and compliance with local labor laws.
“Bureau Veritas conducted this independent audit within the framework of the ISO 26000 standard in the field of social responsibility, just as it had done for Teleperformance Colombia at the end of 2022”, specifies the group.
