(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance announces that its Combined General Meeting, held on April 13, approved all the resolutions submitted to the vote of shareholders, including the proposed dividend of 3.85 euros per share.
The contact center group specifies that this dividend, up 16.7% compared to that of the previous year, will be paid on April 25, the detachment of the coupon to take place on April 21.
The shareholders also renewed the directorships of Christobel Selecky, Angela Maria Sierra-Morena and Jean Guez, and appointed Varun Bery and Bhupender Singh as new directors.
