(CercleFinance.com) – Teleperformance announces that 98,448,171 shares representing approximately 98.45% of the outstanding share capital of Majorel were tendered as part of the offer, which the group has therefore declared to be unconditional.
‘This extremely high contribution rate to the offer at this stage demonstrates the strong support of Majorel’s shareholders for the group’s project and the recognized relevance of this acquisition’, comments the French specialist in outsourcing of client experience.
The first settlement-delivery of the offer will take place on October 27. An offer reopening period will begin this October 23 at 9:00 a.m. and end on November 3 at 5:00 p.m. After this period, the second settlement-delivery is scheduled for November 8.
