(Boursier.com) — Teleperformance announces that its US subsidiary, Teleperformance Group Inc, entered into an agreement on June 2, 2023 with Goldman Sachs International to enable the implementation of the long-term incentive plan set up in July 2020 by Teleperformance Group, Inc.
Under the terms of this agreement, Goldman Sachs International will purchase in the name and on behalf of Teleperformance Group, Inc., a number of 58,333 Teleperformance SE shares before June 25.
The maximum purchase price per Teleperformance SE share may not exceed 170 euros.
