Terra Classic (LUNC): Do Kwon’s participation in a podcast – the accusation is fictitious

Investing.com – Do Kwon, the founder of , who is the subject of an international arrest warrant, still has no intention of voluntarily surrendering to South Korean authorities.

South Korea’s request to hand over its passport hasn’t changed that. It is now to be expected that the passport will be canceled after 14 days have expired. Do Kwon should therefore be unable to leave his country through official channels.

On Twitter (NYSE:), Kwon assured crypto journalist Laura Shin that he would be happy to chat with her in a podcast about why he is not returning to South Korea.

According to the CNBC reporter, that’s because the charge is based on violations of capital markets law, as he says he learned from the founder of . Kwon declares on this subject:

“That’s not really what I said – I rather indicated that I wouldn’t bother going all the way if the charges were fabricated, for example that the transfer of cryptocurrencies violated capital controls – these phrases sound alike. Plus, we were in a pretty noisy bar and had already had ten cocktails, which can easily lead to misunderstandings.”

As long as the bulls manage to defend this level, a rally towards the 50 percent Fibo retracement of $0.0003375 can occur at any time. Beyond that, the room for an extension of gains towards the 38.2% Fibo retracement of $0.0003975 would increase.

If the bulls succumb to the downside pressure, expect losses towards the psychological level of $0.0002000 and the 78.6% Fibo retracement of $0.0001921.
