Bad news if you still hesitate to order the future Tesla Cybertruck.
Indeed, pre-orders are now closed in many territories, including Europe.
Tesla Cybetruck, the end of pre-orders
A few months ago, Tesla had been forced to reduce pre-orders for its imposing Cybertruck. Today, the American manufacturer has taken an even more radical decision, namely the total interruption of order taking outside American territory. It is therefore now impossible to reserve the Cybertruck in Europe (among others), until further notice.
The official French page of the Tesla Cybertruck no longer allows pre-ordering the vehicle, and is therefore content to disseminate information about it. Currently, the imposing electric car signed Tesla is available for reservation only in North America and Mexico.
Presented in 2019, the Tesla Cybertruck should have seen its production start at the end of 2021. Tesla quickly postponed production and marketing to 2022, but we now know that the racing car will not ultimately be available for sale. before 2023. A delay which would be mainly due to the shortage of components which affects many industries, the same which currently forces BMW to deliver vehicles amputated (temporarily) from certain functionalities.
