If you don’t have the wherewithal to afford a Tesla, for example, you can now use Musk’s latest product. At 104.95 euros, this only costs a fraction of the chic e-cars – and is applied directly to the body.
Is he really serious? You can never be sure about Elon Musk. The eccentric billionaire is known for his quirky sense of humor that can be quite hurtful at times. Most recently, Microsoft founder Bill Gates was the target of ridicule. Even with Musk’s latest product, you might think it’s a hoax at first, but it’s as real as a Tesla Model 3.
Elon Musk is launching his own perfume
It’s called “Burnt Hair” and it is Musk’s first perfume. The fragrance with the idiosyncratic – and hopefully not characteristic name – is offered by the Boring Company. The company is also working on the Hyperloop and made headlines in 2018 with a flamethrower.
If you want Musk perfume has to put 104.95 euros on the table. But nothing more is known about “Burnt Hair” than its name and bottle. Not even the filling quantity is revealed on the product page, not to mention the actual smell. So here you buy a pig in a poke. The perfume is to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023.

Even if the “Burnt Hair” perfume is a success, Tesla should remain Elon Musk’s bread and butter. The e-car manufacturer is currently going from one record to the next and was recently able to catapult itself to the top of the list for registrations in Germany. No other car was registered more often in September, even top dogs like VW, Mercedes or Ford are at a disadvantage here.
