Next week will release the PlayStation VR 2 of sonyand many virtual reality games will be ported to this headset, despite the lack of backwards compatibility with titles from the first PSVR. Tetris Effect: Connected will be one of them, and the developers will launch a big update on all platforms on this occasion.
The editor Enhance and developers Monstars, Resonair And Stage Games indeed reveal the winter update of Tetris Effect: Connected, which will add no less than four game modes. All this is presented in a long video to discover above, but here is the summary of the novelties:
- Classic Score Attack – A single player version is now available in Effect modes (including NTSC/PAL game speed);
- Marathon area – A version of Marathon mode with the Zone mechanic.
- Purify Fashion – Endless mode is now an option in Purify mode.
- Master Fashion – Endless mode is now an option in Master mode.
In addition, be aware that the title will benefit from improved haptic feedback for the DualSensehelmet PlayStation VR 2 and the controllers PSVR 2Sense. This free update to Tetris Effect: Connected will launch on February 22 on PS4, PS5, PSVR, PSVR 2Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Meta Quest and Amazon Luna.
