PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The audiovisual group TF1 announced on Tuesday that it has finalized the sale of Unify, its digital media division, to the Reworld Media group.
“Given the changes in the sector, the TF1 group has decided to focus its development around its content publishing activities, its streaming offer and production,” the group said in a press release.
TF1 announced this sale project last June, without revealing the financial terms.
In a separate press release, Reworld Media then specified that the activities in the process of being acquired generated “an annual turnover of around 60 million euros”.
