PARIS, July 21 (Reuters) – The TF1 group TFFP.PA announced on Thursday that it was in exclusive negotiations with the Future Technology Retail fund to sell its 70% stake in the capital of Ykone, an agency specializing in influence marketing.
Ykone, created in 2008 and part of the TF1 group since 2018, is present in 12 countries and currently employs more than 150 people.
“Since 2020, the company has doubled its turnover every year,” TF1 said in a press release.
