(AOF) – TFF Group and Tonnellerie Remond have announced that they have concluded a partnership agreement resulting in a 55% stake of the first in the capital of the second. Tonnellerie Remond achieves a turnover of around 10 million, of which 75% internationally, combined with operating profitability comparable to the “high standards” of the TFF Group. The cooperage also has a solid financial structure, without debt and with stocks secured on a single manufacturing site.
The activity of Tonnellerie Remond will be consolidated from March 1, 2022.
Tonnellerie Remond is presented as “a reference in the manufacture of high-end French oak barrels dedicated to the aging of quality wines”.
